She also offers support in coping and life skills training, as well as mindfulness practices, helping individuals enhance their well-being and daily functioning.

He finished his FRANZCP (Psychiatry degree) locally with a dual certificate in adult psychiatry. He prides himself as a passionate, experienced and dedicated Psychiatrist, who endeavours to provide the best quality care. His areas of expertise included (but not limited to) ADHD, Anxiety spectrum disorder, mood disorders, psychotic spectrum disorder and other general psychiatric conditions.
